Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass Prof. Dr. Nora Markwalder ihr Engagement an der Universität St. Gallen in den Bereichen Strafrecht und Kriminologie ausbaut und sich verstärkt der Lehre und Forschung widmen wird. Wir sind sicher, dass sie damit nicht nur vielen Studentinnen und Studenten die Freude an Strafrecht und Kriminologie weitergeben, sondern auch massgebliche und wertvolle Beiträge für Lehre und Praxis leisten wird.
Für uns bedeutet dies leider, dass sie uns verlassen wird, zumal sie sich nicht in der Anwaltspraxis und an der Universität voll einsetzen kann. Auch wenn wir uns für Prof. Dr. Nora Markwalder freuen, bedauern wir es, sie als sehr geschätzte und hochkompetente Mitarbeiterin gehen lassen zu müssen. So ist dies ein Abschied mit einem weinenden und einem lachenden Auge. Nora, wir danken Dir für die gemeinsame Zeit und wünschen Dir für die Zukunft nur das Beste.
We are pleased to inform you that Prof. Dr. Nora Markwalder is expanding her commitment to the University of St. Gallen in the areas of criminal law and criminology and will devote more time to teaching and research. We are sure that she will not only pass on the joy of criminal law and criminology to many students, but will also make significant and valuable contributions to teaching and practice.
Unfortunately, for us this means that she will be leaving us, especially as she will not be able to devote herself fully to the practice of law and to the university. Even though we are very happy for Prof. Dr. Nora Markwalder, we regret to have to let her go as a highly appreciated and highly competent colleague. So this is a farewell with one crying and one laughing eye. Nora, we thank you for the time spent together and wish you all the best for the future.
